Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forge. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During this time, your order goes through the following steps:

  • order verification

  • product quality inspection

  • secure packaging and dispatch preparation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time to the United Kingdom is 7–15 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days depending on external factors such as:

  • customs inspections

  • international shipping delays

  • high seasonal demand

We work with reliable international logistics partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

From time to time, Forge may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

All orders include tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery progress.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Some international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by local authorities.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to the sender. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

At Forge, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns or refunds may be requested in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product arrived defective

  • You received the wrong item

To process your request, we may ask you to provide:

  • your order number

  • photos or videos showing the issue with the product

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.

If approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • a full refund of the purchase amount

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank for further processing information

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size or model selected by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear after use

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until delivery and then request a return according to this policy.
