1. How long does delivery take? Standard UK delivery takes 7–14 business days. Express options may be available at checkout.

2. Do you deliver to all UK addresses? Yes, we deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

3. How do I track my order? Click "Track Order" in the top menu, enter your order number and email address to see your delivery status.

4. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@forgeshop-online.com and we'll sort it out.

5. My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us at support@forgeshop-online.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Is the Forge 3-in-1 Charging Station compatible with my iPhone? Yes — compatible with iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, all models. Also charges Apple Watch and AirPods simultaneously.
